“Fiat Banda” Activation
It’s time to give a few mega influencers the keys to take us to the pop culture promised land. Like, literally give them the keys. Introducing the “Fiat Banda,” a head-turning pack of real life mover-and-shaker friends who assemble every now and then to create some buzz in their fleet of custom Fiats. Each time, a spectacle that lights up the socials.
WHO: The Banda is led by well-connected, LA-based producer, DJ White Shadow, who just so happens to be the man behind the curtain on many of Lady Gaga’s hits. His posse of Fiat enthusiasts includes other notable names from music, sports, entertainment such as actor, Taylor Kinney, rapper, Twista, NHL Hockey player, Brian Bickell, producer and DJ, D-Nice, and music duo Evan Ross and Ashlee Simpson Ross (combined IG following= 3M followers).
WHAT: Five custom-styled Fiats with matching “Fiat Banda” badges, driven in a coordinated fashion by real-life friends in matching “Fiat Banda” driving jackets. When they show up, the combined social footprint of our banda will be leveraged, lighting up IG, Twitter, TikTok, and SC. And further crushing the social algorithms with organic shares of their content and content created by those on the scene.
WHERE: Publicity efforts will revolve around two tentpole moments throughout the year where the Fiat Banda will assemble in high profile, papparazzi-ready places such as the Grammys in LA, DJWS set in Las Vegas, or Gold Rush Rally. Beyond that, there will be opportunities for more organic, social-savvy moments when this real life pack of friends decides to get together for some weekend driving fun in Sequoia National Park, a weekend in Santa Barbara, or a surfing trip to San Diego.
HOW: FCA provides 5 Banda members with a complementary custom Fiat in exchange for their commitment to various public appearances and social shares. In addition to each Banda member creating and sharing content from their own POVs, we will shoot the planned tentpole moments to create even more intrigue around where the Fiat Banda will show up again.
