Education & Experience
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or a few years into their career journey. Agency background or advertising & marketing experience is not required. However, a 4-year college degree is - but any area of study or majors are welcome.
We Have So Many Questions
What you studied in college, what you thought you were gonna be when you grow up, or what your parents want you to be - these are not vectors for us. Because we’re not filling a position. We’re casting a role. Do you love learning and applying it? Are you curious about people and how they interact with the world around them? Do you enjoy organizing things and finding efficiencies? Are you unafraid to invent a new way to do something? Do the mechanisms of capitalism intrigue you as much as they bewilder you? Are you fascinated by the perpetual evolution of social media and, for better or worse, its impact on society? Do you believe creativity is about creating solutions to problems? If the answer is a genuine ‘yes’ to all of the above, be prepared for us to ask ‘why?” much like a 3-year old would.
Day In The Life
We’re a small-ish, yet mighty shop, growing at a steady, comfortable pace. Why does that matter? Because everyone here does a little bit of everything. Your morning might start with making sure client meetings are set and everyone is good with the client status agenda. You check in with a Producer to see if they’re on track for a rough cut review. You get a call from our Business Manager asking to track down an outstanding invoice. Before lunch, you put the finishing touches on a consumer research survey and send out a draft to the team. After lunch, you jump on a zoom call with the team and one of our clients for the weekly status meeting. You take notes and send a draft of the call report to our Account Director. Last call of the day is an internal creative review with the team. You share an update to the competitive assessment you provided a few weeks back. And of course, you brought a few ideas of your own to share. And the next day? Totally different.

Skilled with a variety of cloud-based software, including: G-Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc), Adobe Suite, various desktop software, including Apple products (keynote, pages)

While remote working is 90% of our jam, bonus points if the candidate already resides in the Detroit area, Chicago area, or related time zones.
